Redefining Wellness Group Membership

A soft place to land in a world that keeps asking us to shrink.

The Redefining Wellness Membership is a community for those healing their relationship with food, movement, and their bodies — rooted in a weight-inclusive, anti-diet, compassionate approach.

It’s not about doing this perfectly.
It’s about not doing it alone.

Please fill out the form below and I will reach out to you with next steps!

What’s included in the membership:

  • Twice-monthly group calls
We meet on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month (afternoon or early evening). These are open, supportive conversations — part teaching, part processing, part “me too.”

  • A private community that gets it
A place where you don’t have to explain or justify your experience. Where body image struggles, food thoughts, and the messiness of healing are met with understanding — not advice or fixing.

  • Ongoing support between calls
Share wins, hard days, questions, or thoughts in the group space. You’ll be met with kindness, not judgment.

  • Daily group discussions

Our group threads are on topics related to healing from diet culture, embracing body kindness, and cultivating a peaceful relationship with food.

  • Worksheets and journaling prompts

For those who enjoy them, some written reflections for digging deeper on certain topics.

  • A different way of approaching wellness
We gently untangle diet culture, rebuild trust with food and body, and explore what it means to care for ourselves without punishment or control.

  • Live recordings of all group sessions

Life is busy, and it isn’t possible to make every single session. It’s always recorded.

Cost: $39.99 per month, or $399 for the year (yes, you can cancel at any time!)

Who this is for:

  • You’re healing (or wanting to heal) your relationship with food and your body

  • You’ve tried diets, plans, or “fixing yourself” and it hasn’t brought peace

  • You’ve struggled with disordered eating or exercising

  • You crave support that feels human, nuanced, and compassionate

  • You want community — not just information

What this space is not:

  • A weight loss program

  • A place for rigid rules or “before and afters”

  • A space where you have to perform healing perfectly

What you’ll find instead:

A little more breathing room.
A little less shame.
People who make you feel safe and seen.
Support for the thoughts and experiences you’ve been carrying alone.
Moments where food feels quieter.
Moments where your body feels a bit more like home.
